The Learning Garden at Katchkie Farm
Our Learning Garden at Katchkie Farm in Kinderhook, NY, is a unique and idyllic spot where students learn about the origins of fruits and vegetables–and make a healthy snack using the produce they pick. During the program we teach students about the lifecycle of a plant–from farm to table–as we guide them through multiple rotations, including planting and harvesting, snack-making and bespoke crafts.
