The Sylvia Center’s dietetic interns were involved with recipe development which requires them to carefully review recipes to ensure it provided balanced nutritional value and used seasonal ingredients. While improving the recipe criteria, they contributed to a list of noodle recipes for the 2020’s Cooks for Health Passport Series. Each recipe features an ingredient and pays homage to the country of origin. Students have the opportunity to discover and taste flavors from around the world with an adventure right from the kitchen!
