Liz's passion is exploring seasonal ingredients at the intersection of local food ways and Jewish tradition. She's a longstanding board member of Westport Farmers' Market in CT where she advocates for local farmers and producers through culinary events and community action. She loves to to share her locavore attitudes through her writing and by teaching teens in the kitchen.
