My name is Molly Schneider, I am from Brooklyn but now live in Upstate NY where I will be a Chef Instructor for programs in Albany, Hudson & more! I will also hopefully be involved in some programs in the city come fall when I start at NYU to obtain my MA in Food Studies. I have spent the last 15 years working in restaurants and am leaving the industry to pursue more work in community organizing specifically working against hunger.
