My name is Johnathan, though I also go by John. I was born in Athens, Georgia, raised in Florida, up until about 5 years ago, I moved to Queens with my sister. I'm 5' 6"-ish, around 120-130lbs, and I'm an undefeated starting contest champion with a record of 12 min and 47 seconds. Also I own a fluffy cotton chicken suit...and I love food. I'm open to trying almost anything, because life's too short to not to. That's part of the reason why I joined the Teen Culinary Apprenticeship Program last year. It was a great opportunity where I developed a lot of vital skills for my career and future. As a Chef Assistant, my main goals are to help my peers as they immerse themselves in the same great opportunity that I did and attain those same valuable skills and experiences that I'm thankful to have experienced.
