Key things to remember about hand washing
1) Turn water on, wet your hand
2) Use soap, lather, and you scrub for 20 seconds
3) Rinse
4) Dry off
5) Turn off water supply
Doreece recommends antibacterial soap to best remove dirt and microorganisms. Hand sanitizer is not a substitute but a supplement to hand-washing!
When you use gloves, make sure they fit your hand. Change your gloves if the gloves become torn or soiled. Before you change tasks or put new gloves on, wash your hands. You cannot wash and reuse your gloves especially when handling food
